first make sure project is C++ project , if your Project is BluePrint i make Video to Converting Blueprints to C++ : then do this steps :

1. Press Edit then Project Settings .
2. Scroll to Platforms then Android .
3. Uncheck Option Package game data inside .apk .
4. Scroll to Google Pad .
5. Check Option Enable Plugin .
6. Check Option Only Distribution .
7. Check Option Only Shipping .
8. Scroll to Packaging .
9. Check Option Generate Chunks .
10. back to Editor .
11. Choose Content Drawer .
12. Choose Folder of Maps .
13. Right Click then Choose Miscellaneous then Data Asset .
14. Choose PrimaryAssetLabel .
15. Rename it Chuncks .
16. Package Project .
